Our physical address is 6825 Park Dr. Our church is locatedacross Hywy 98 from Blockbuster Video and the student ministry building is located on the east side of our campus.

Our student ministry includes events for 6th through 12th grades. Some times all students are together. This gives the High School students the opportunity to build mentoring relationships with the younger youth. Other activities and ministries are seperated by age in order to deal with certain topics on different maturity levels.

I give permission for my child to participate in various activities sponsored by Eastern Shore Baptist Church, Daphne, Alabama, during the period of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.  I understand that these activities may include transporting my child by bus, car, or other means from one location to another and may include amusement park rides and other forms of entertainment which might be available during these activities.  I will not hold Eastern Shore Baptist Church or any other sponsor or co-sponsor liable for any injury which my child may incur.
